Our 24-hour check-in service for you!
We are happy to be there for you personally every day until 8 pm and welcome you at our reception. However, if you are unable to check in to our hotel by 8 pm, you are welcome to do so conveniently and without stress at our 24-hour check-in kiosk. So that we don’t have to worry about you if you arrive late, please let us know either in advance or by 8 p.m. on the day of arrival.
You will have received a personal check-in code with your booking, which the 24-hour check-in kiosk will use to issue you with room cards once you have completed your details. You can also simply enter your name. You can then use these cards to open the front door.

Please note that check-in is of course only possible after the confirmed arrival time.
The procedure at the 24-hour check-in kiosk is as follows:
- Select language
- Press “I have a reservation”
- Enter your family name or use the code you received with the booking confirmation.
- Complete the data (names and birthdays of all arriving guests and a mobile phone number)
- Sign
- Done – you will receive your room cards
