The heads of the house
Yvonne Schmidt
On August 15, 1994, Mrs. Schmidt began her training as a hotel specialist. Over the 30 years, she has become the soul of the hotel.
The trainee became the hotel manager.
Yvonne is unique and indispensable and is the direct contact person for you, dear guests. If she doesn’t know the answer, then neither do we.
Jan-Philip Regolien
Mr. Regolien completed his training as a hotel specialist at our www.residenz-ravensburg.de and joined us in Bad Windsheim in 2017.
Mr. Regolien has had his own restaurant “Zum Ravensburger” since 1 July 2022. He has leased the entire restaurant area. So when our guests are full of praise for the great breakfast and delicious dinner – we are happy to pass on the praise.
He is your contact for everything that tastes good 😊. It’s his delicious work.

Hotel Späth & Apartments
Our main motivation is the satisfaction of each of our guests. Enjoy the flair at the hotel entrance, restaurant, cosy bar and comfortable rooms and apartments. We try to fulfill all your requests to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our motto is to be there for our guests – out of tradition and passion. Our hotel is situated near the station, spa gardens or Franken-Therme. All can be reached within a few minutes walk. In addition, there are plenty of free parking spaces available in front of the hotel.
Our restaurant "Zum Ravensburger"
Our restaurant team welcomes you and invites you to feel at home.
From Tuesday – Saturday we offer you a rich evening buffet with daily changing themes from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
On these days we also welcome you at our hotel bar. There we offer cocktails and soft drinks as well as regional wines and beers. The bar is open until 9:00 p.m.
Every hotel guest always has a personal table reserved, you don’t have to look for a seat.
Conferences and business
We are your partner for conferences and business events!
We offer a total of eight large, bright and technically well-equipped conference rooms for three to 60 people. Free WLAN, ample parking and a spacious outdoor area round off our offer. You can also agree fair conference packages with us for food, drinks and/or overnight accommodation for your guests. During the breaks, you can take a walk through the spa gardens or have a good time in our restaurant area – satisfied participants guaranteed! And when the work is done, there are numerous leisure activities in the surrounding area (also for larger groups) that contribute to team building and create a nice end to the day.
Franken-Therme Bad Windsheim
The Franken-Therme has been a wellness temple in the heart of Bad Windsheim since 2005. The large salt lake with natural brine and the large number of themed saunas are particularly well-known.
Here you can really enjoy yourself, relax and recharge your batteries. From our hotel, it is only an 8-minute walk through the spa gardens and you are already at the Franken-Therme. A vacation feeling is created there all year round. Numerous wellness treatments and courses provide variety and treatments specially tailored to you.
So that you don’t have to worry about anything, we provide you with a bathing bag with large SPA towels and bathrobes free of charge for your stay with us.
Bad Windsheim
The spa town Bad Windsheim is located in the heart of Mittelfranken (Franconia), close to Nuremberg – Würzburg and Ansbach. Also only a few minutes away by car from Rothenburg on the Tauber. Bad Windsheim is well known for the historical Franconian Freilandmuseum, its historical downtown, the 30 hector spa park and the in 2005 completely new opened spa Frankentherme. With the beautiful position, surrounded by historical cities and a great nature, it is the ideal place for leisure holidays.

Hotel Späth & Apartments is located directly at the large Bad Windsheim spa gardens, only a few minutes' walk from the Franken-Therme. So you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature on a long walk, do some sport or do something for your health in the Kneipp facility.
